order that the cleaning programme can be productive from its
inception, considerable work and planning will be carried out
prior to the actual installation. Daily and periodic work schedules
will be written and potential employees will be interviewed
and the successful ones will be trained as per our training
programme.
During the initial installation period, a full compliment of
experienced programme installers will be on duty to start the
cleaners on their schedules. Complete management support will
be provided during the initial stages, followed by periodic
checks, in order to ensure the success of our programme.
The successful installation and running of our programmes is
based at least in part, on our initial scheduling, workload
analysis and work method studies. Each of these areas have been
carefully researched and developed by our staff in order to
meet your specific requirements. Our staff does not stop at
the installation of our cleaners. We continue to evaluate our
programmes on a regular basis to make certain the very latest
techniques, system and equipment our industry has to offer are
being fully utilised. |
