Allclean
have developed an Internal Quality System inside the company that
covers all our staff and describes how all aspects are audited at
regular Intervals to assess compliance with documented procedures,
identify any Non-conformances, instigate corrective action where required
and provide Feedback to the management review process.
In
our Company we regard the use of appropriately trained personnel
to be essential in maintaining the high standard of its services.
Therefore we do not sub-contracting our work.
All employees engaged for cleaning and supervision is required to
wear Identity cards whilst on the premises.
All new personnel receive instruction in the operation of the quality
management system, their responsibilities and authorities. He/she
must satisfy our management with its competence to perform in definition
of experience, training and knowledge prior commencement of cleaning
duties.
